Object Name Bowl
Description Duck effigy bowl. Opposite of the head is a 1 inch long tail. The rim of the bowl has a small trench and some incising. A patch of white paint covered with tape present on the bottom of the item. "B-50" is written in black ink on the paint. There is a piece of paper glued to the front of the bowl. Text on paper reads, "The duck was the common totem of the Stone Grave people. They adorn theeir pottery with ducks' heads and tales, which served as handles. The making the body." Small torn tag found on the duck's bill.

There is also a tag next to the effigy head that says "From Monk's Mound".
